Arch Allies Bring Great Tunes To Grand View Come The End Of June

grand view

The Arch Allies, one of the midwest’s best tribute bands, will bring the music of Bon Jovi, Boston, REO Speedwagon and Styx to The Pines at Grand View on Thursday night, June 27th.  It’s the first of three shows in this years Grand View Summer Concert Series.

The Arch Allies are:

Kevin Todd- who was playing in a band at the age of eleven.  His bandmates know him as the “Disaster Master” and he has spent 30 years earning a reputation as one of the Twin Cities best guitarists.

Scott Calderwood– who stepped out from behind the drums 22 years ago and used his distinctive tenor voice to establish  himself as a highly regarded “front man”,  who delivers the goods night after night.

Dugan McNeill–who was a one time member of “Chameleon”, one of Minnesota’s most notable bands from the 70’s and 80’s.  When not playing guitar and vocalizing with the “Allies”, he devotes his efforts to work as a highly respected recording engineer and producer.

Scott Gunderson–is the “Allies” highly talented keyboardist.  Scott’s career includes time spent performing and recording with some of Minnesota’s best, including “The Killer Hayseeds”.

Jerry Babcock–has been “slaying” the drums since the mid 1980’s. His range as a vocalist has him singing the top end of those Arch Allies harmonies.

Blake Seybolt–is a polished performer who personifies showmanship.  He spent 18 years honing his craft as a member of ‘Hairball”.

Put em all together and we’re guaranteed a great show.

It’s great music, in the great out of doors, Thursday night, June 27th at The Pines of Grand View.
