Brainerd Lakes Area Recycles Christmas Lights

Christmas Lights

The Sunrise Sertomans encourage you to “go green” this holiday season and recycle your non-working Christmas lights and extension cords with their Bites for Lights program.  They ask that you please bring your non-functioning lights and cords to participating businesses throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area.  With help from Crow Wing County Land Services, the Sunrise Sertoma Club (“Service To Mankind”) of Brainerd will recycle the lights and cords with 100% of the funds raised going back into the Brainerd Lakes community.  SOME of the locations where you can bring those non-working lights and cords include the Crow Wing County Landfill east of Brainerd and the Northland Arboretum in Brainerd/Baxter.  For a list of ALL 2022 Drop Off Locations in central Minnesota’s Brainerd Lakes area, visit  BitesForLights.org.

Thank you for recycling!

Merry Christmas!
