
The Brainerd Police department put out a news release on October 10th that detailed an attempted abduction.

The news release details that on Friday, October 5th at 4:09 p.m., police responded to a report on the 500 block of 1st Avenue. Two juvenile females were approached by a white male in his 20’s. The man had medium length light brown hair with no facial hair and had a slender build. The two girls were able to run away after the man made physical contact with them.
The Brainerd Police Department determined that the man was driving an older model dull red 4 door sedan in the area prior to the incident.
Brainerd Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the man and vehicle matching the descriptions. Northeast Brainerd with an emphasis of the Evergreen Cemetery area were noted in the news release.
