Bob became an avid reader during his time in the U.S. Marine Corps.  He found reading to be the near perfect way to relax during “down time”. By the way, if you have more than a passing interest in military history, Bob and Sharon stock a great selection.

What is it you’re looking for?  From classic literature to the novels of today’s crop of authors, you’ll find it at Emily’s. From mystery to history, from biographies to anthologies, Emily’s has an extensive collection.

Lately, I’ve been on a biographical kick.  Most recently, I’ve read biographies of Jack Nicholson, Judy Garland, Tennessee Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Marlon Brando and Sinclair Lewis from Sauk Center, Minnesota.  All of these life stories were found at Emily’s.

You know that book you were always going to read?  I’d say there’s a pretty good chance that you’ll find it Emily’s Used Books.

It has been noted that, as a society, we’re not reading as much as we have in the past. Well, somebody’s reading.  All 100,000 books at Emily’s are previously read books! (And they’re in good shape.)
