As you probably already know, Sertoma’s Winter Wonderland at the Northland Arboretum is open each week during the holidays each Wednesday through Saturday night.

However, Sertoma will open Winter Wonderland on Monday, December 21st exclusively for Essentia Health employees to thank them for all they are doing and sacrificing during this pandemic.   This will be a Community Thank You Night for workers of Essentia Health.  If you want to be part of this event to say thank you, you are asked to line up Monday night along the Winter Wonderland exit route to wave signs and say thank you to them as they drive out!  They ask that well-wishers park at the Arb’s lower parking lot and walk up to the Exit gate to participate. The gates will be open from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.  (I am guessing that they will strongly encourage masks and social distancing).   As my friend John Raboin put it, “Let’s have a big crowd to show our thanks to our health care provider friends and neighbors who have toiled so diligently under such trying circumstances.  Sertoma hopes to see you there!”
