For the health and well-being of the Brainerd community, the Good Samaritan Society has decided to postpone the Good Samaritan Bowl events in Brainerd and Pine River, Minn.

The lessons that the Society is learning from the countries where COVID-19 first spread are that social distancing and responsible event management are key to reducing the overall number of infected persons and that by slowing the spread, the Society will protect the resources we have to manage the infection.

This annual fundraiser was originally scheduled for May 3 and 4, 2020. They stated in a press release that they continue to monitor the situation and will announce the new date at a later time. Good Sam wishes to thank the bowlers, sponsors, and community members for your understanding.
