It appears that two businesses have called it quits in the Westgate Mall in Brainerd/Baxter.

According to a Facebook post from fellow business ‘Rosewood Emporium’, Betty Mae’s and Dairy Queen in the Westgate Mall have ceased operations. A look at Betty Mae’s on Monday morning would confirm that they have closed/are closing. 

There is a sign right inside that says they the store closing is Friday, July 12th with all sales final. 

The Dairy Queen has also announced that they are closed in their mall location, focusing more on the opening of their new location.

 

Rosewood Emporium might not be far behind. They posted to Facebook warning people that if sales and foot traffic don’t increase, they could join the other businesses in closing their doors.
