Well, November 1st came and went and NO OPENING of Chipotle in Baxter yet.

Although the City of Baxter approved Chipotle Mexican Grill’s permit to sell beer starting November 1st, 2019, sadly, it did not guarantee a November 1st opening.  This Chipotle-lovin’ mama wants her grilled chicken burrito salad in a bowl and am looking forward to watching my husband suck down the massive barbacoa that he ALWAYS gets.  And it fills him.  YES!

So, we wait.  Rumors flying it may be another 2 weeks or so.  But Chipotle in Baxter…  I am stalking you!
