Folks were lined up out the door this past Tuesday as the Chipotle Mexican Grill opened up for business in Baxter.

They were lined up for a first taste of those burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and salads.

The very first Chipotle was opened in Colorado in 1993.  The chain had expanded into Minnesota by 1999 when they set up shop near the University Of Minnesota campus.  There are currently close to 2000 Chipotle locations throughout The United States, The United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and France.
