One of the most anticipated events leading up to Halloween in the lakes area is the Haunted Trail at the Northland Arboretum.
This year’s event is planned for October 15th, 16th and 17th, which always coincides with the Education Minnesota break in schools across the state.
As they’ve done in the past, there will be a low scare trail for younger children, and a high scare trail for those who like to be frightened. The low scare trail will operate from 5-7pm, with the high scare trail open from 7-9pm all three nights.
Tickets are $10 for the low scare trail and $15 for the high scare trail, and you can find the link to purchase tickets at the Arboretum website, which is northlandarb.org.
Keep in mind, this event is a fundraising event for the Arboretum, a lakes area non-profit organization. You can also check into volunteer opportunities during the Haunted Trail event on their website.
If your idea of a good time is having the bejeebers scared out of you while walking through the woods at night, this is the event for you!
