Tyler Moon decided to forgo his name and instead had the phrase “Jesus Saves”printed on his runners bib in preparation for The Medtronic TC 10 mile run earlier this month. As the race began, Tyler, from Eden Prairie had no idea how his choice would line up with circumstances as the race progressed. 8 miles into the race, Tyler had a heart attack and collapsed to the pavement.

Running just behind Tyler was a registered nurse from Lakeville. He stopped to lend aid and soon enough, with the assistance of yet another runner, was administering CPR until paramedics arrived on the scene.

Tyler’s life was saved because a fellow runner knew how to react.

We salute that registered nurse.

His name is Jesus Bueno.
